FLAGS This section covers the command line flags and arguments that can be used with malre.sh malre --add-dir [DIRECTORY] - Adds a directory to the list of directories associated with the current malware remediation job - Multiple space separated directories can be specified in order to add them all at once - Cannot be used unless you are currently in a job malre --add-ticket [TICKET NUMBER] - Adds a ticket number to the list of ticket numbers associated with the current malware remediation job - Multiple space separated ticket numbers can be specified in order to add them all at once - Cannot be used unless you are currently in a job malre --drop - Allows a user to disassociate themself from a job that they previous associated themsef with using "--take" or "--init" - Cannot be used unless you are currently in a job malre --exit - Drops the active job (if any) and unsets all Malware Remediation related functions - Under certain circumstances, instead of this being done automatically, the user will be presented with commands to run to achieve the same effect malre --info [JOB IDENTIFIER] - Output information about a specific job - If no job identifier is given and the user is currently in a job, output information about the current job malre --init - Begins a new malware remediation job - If there are recent jobs associated with the user that you specify, you will be prompted for whether you want to take one of those jobs instead - Cannot be used if you are currently in a job malre --list - Lists any malware remediation job that has been touched in the last seven days - If a username is given as a second argument, list only the jobs associated with that username malre --list-all - Lists all malware remediation jobs that have taken place on this server malre --log - Outputs all of the log entries for the current job - Cannot be used unless you are currently in a job malre --paid - Allows the user to change the status of whether or not the customer has paid for malware remediation malre --pause - If there is an active scan for the current job, running this will tell it to pause at the next convenient breaking point - Running "--scan" again will recognize if there are any scans that have been stopped for any reason and will ask if you want to resume them - Cannot be used unless you are currently in a job malre --phase - Prompts you for confirmation, and then advances to the next phase of the job - If you use the flag "--back", this will roll back to the previous phase. malre --rm-dir [DIRECTORY] - Removes a directory to the list of directories associated with the current malware remediation job - Multiple space separated directories can be specified in order to remove them all at once - Cannot be used unless you are currently in a job malre --scan - Run a scan against the directories associated with this job - If a previous scan was interrupted, this will prompt you on whether you want to start again where the previous scan left off - Cannot be used unless you are currently in a job - If you add the "--select" flag, this will allow you to choose which scans are run on an item by item basis malre --results - Output the most current scan results as a report that can be sent to the customer - If given the "--list" flag, this will instead output a list of all of the scan results and the timestamp when they occurred - If given the name for one of the scan results from "--list", output that scan instead of the most recent one - Cannot be used unless you are currently in a job malre --status [JOB IDENTIFIER] - Same as "--info" malre --take [JOB IDENTIFIER] - Allows the user to pick up a previously-existing job - There are no limitations that prevent multiple agents from working on the same job at once. - Cannot be used if you are currently in a job malre --what - Output links to the wiki pages that show what to do next malre -h malre --help malre --help dis malre --help bak malre --help note malre --help led malre --help jobs malre --help files - Outputs various bits of help information and documentation
