FILES This section describes information about the files that are pary of the malware remediaton project /usr/local/lp/apps/malre/malre.sh - - The main malware remediation script /root/bin/malre - - A symlink to malre.sh OTHER FILES /usr/local/lp/apps/malre/install.sh - - A script to install the malware remediation project /usr/local/lp/apps/malre/.malre - - The working directory for the malware remediation project /usr/local/lp/apps/malre/.malre/agents - - A directory where data on the current working agents is kept /usr/local/lp/apps/malre/.malre/clean - - A touch file that indicates how recently we cleaned unused files and information /usr/local/lp/apps/malre/.malre/jobs - - A directory to store data on current and previous malware remediation jobs - Run `malre --help jobs` for more information /usr/local/lp/apps/malre/.malre/p_status - - Regularly checks to see if the customer has the necessary RPMs for Server Secure Plus /usr/local/lp/apps/malre/.malre/scan - - The presence of this directory indicates that there is an ongoing scan (or that one exited unexpectedly) /usr/local/lp/apps/malre/.malre/scan/ident - - If there is an ongoing scan, this file contains the job identity for the scan that is currently taking place /usr/local/lp/apps/malre/.malre/scan/pid - - If there is an ongoing scan, this file contains the process ID for the scan that's currently taking place /usr/local/lp/apps/malre/.malre/scan_latest.txt - - This is a symlink to the results of the most recent run scan /usr/local/lp/apps/malre/.malre/tmp - - A directory in which temporary files are created /usr/local/lp/apps/malre/.malre/update - - A touch file that indicates whether various things have been updated recently /usr/local/lp/apps/malre/includes - A directory of bash functions that can be sourced into malre.sh /usr/local/lp/apps/malre/scripts - A directory of additional scriptsand perl modules that are used by parts of the project /usr/local/lp/apps/malre/source_includes - A directory of bash functions that are safe to source from the command line /usr/local/lp/apps/malre/texts - - A directory of text files related to the malware remediation project
